Founder Partner
Gourav Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013. Gourav has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity of a consultant. He has wide experience in the core areas of Financial Reporting, Risk Analysis and Audit of Corporate entities. He is a keen learner. Currently he deals with audit and accounts wing of the firm and also involved in expansion of our branches on pan India basis. He is the life time member of Direct Taxes Professional Association and also pursuing L.L.B.

Samiran Koley

Managing Partner
Samiran Koley is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2011. He has wide experience in the areas on Direct Taxes, State Level Indirect Taxes and Project Finance. He is associated as a partner in SAGR & Associates since 2013. He is the head office-in-charge of our firm stationed at Hooghly.Currently he deals with the affairs of Debt Recovery Tribunal and SSI Registration and also provide legal consultancy in the matter of setting of factory in rural areas.

She has a prior working experience at Mcleod Russel India Limited. She has experience in direct & indirect taxation and has been providing legal & advisory services to our clients in the areas of Income tax, GST, Service Tax, Company Law and Auditing. She has assisted various organizations with his expertise on tax implications & tax compliance for day to day operation & specific business transactions. Her wide range of experience and in depth knowledge gives many organizations the perspective and support which they need to manage tax effectively. She has also assisted our clients with GST implementation & compliance while keeping track of post GST development & advising them accordingly.

She got a Masterâ€™s in Commerce (Finance & Taxation) from Indra Gandhi National Open University also pursuing Bachelorâ€™s in Law.
